Digital 3D reconstruction of the well known Megalosaur, Torvosaurus tanneri. Torvosaurus as a genus holds the distinction of being the largest and most widespread of all Jurassic theropods with fossils appearing on almost every continent. T.tanneri itself however is limited to the United States where it outweighs the largest Allosaurus present in the country by just over 700 kg.

Skeletal reconstruction produced in GIMP, 3D model produced jointly in Blender and Zbrush with the underlaying scales, wrinkles and muscle highlights being sculpted in Zbrush. Colouration done in a mix of both Substance Painter and Photoshop for the primary texture with the secondary texture having been coloured in Krita and Substance Painter.
