Digital 3D reconstruction of the famous basal Theropod, Dilophosaurus wetherilli. Interestingly despite it being commonly depicted as a scrubland or even desert animal, Dilophosaurus actually hails from a more balanced environment with consistent wet and dry seasons.
This reconstruction was commissioned by Medusa53.
Model produced in Blender with the sculpt (wrinkles, musclature and scalation) being produced in Zbrush. Skins were painted in a mixture of Photoshop and Substance Painter. Skeletal reconstruction created in GIMP.
Foliage assets in the environment render are from TerraScapes with the backing mountain being from BagaPie.
