Allosaurus fragilis
Digital 3D reconstruction of the world famous Allosaurus fragilis restored after specimen AMNH 290, one of the largest known individuals of this species. The final render contains alterations of the model to fit other Allosaurus specimens including ML415 (Allosaurus europaeus) and MOR 693 (Big Al) with two of the alternate textures being based off of well known media portrayals of this animal from the Jurassic Park Institute and Walking With Dinosaurs.
3D model produced jointly in Blender and Zbrush with the underlaying wrinkles and muscle highlights being sculpted in Zbrush. Scales done in Photoshop with colour work being done both in Krita and Photoshop.
